TERMS FOR USING OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Auto Dude Mobile Detailing website and any quote, booking, membership, or vehicle-care service. By booking or authorizing work, you agree to the final terms presented at checkout or in the service agreement.
Quotes And Vehicle Condition
Quotes are based on the information, photos, vehicle classification, location, and condition provided. Auto Dude may revise the scope or price before work begins if the vehicle is larger, more heavily soiled, more contaminated, damaged, unsafe, or materially different from the description.
Scheduling, Access, And Weather
Customers must provide lawful access to the vehicle and a safe, suitable work area. Property rules, keys, parking access, utilities, weather, and environmental restrictions may affect service. Confirmed cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, late-arrival, and weather policies are [TBD] and must be inserted before publication.
Customer Responsibilities
Remove valuables and personal items, disclose known damage and sensitive aftermarket components, secure children and pets away from the work area, and identify stains, biohazards, electrical concerns, leaks, loose trim, repainted panels, wraps, coatings, or previous repairs.
Results And Existing Damage
Detailing improves condition but cannot reverse all wear, stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, fading, etching, corrosion, clear-coat failure, or permanent material damage. Paint correction results depend on paint thickness, hardness, history, and safe working limits. Ceramic coatings are not scratch-proof, chip-proof, or maintenance-free.
Payment
Accepted payment methods, deposit rules, balances, taxes, gratuities, chargeback handling, and late fees are Payment is due according to the final quote or booking agreement.
Maintenance And Care Club
Eligibility, appointment frequency, missed-service rules, priority scheduling, included work, add-on pricing, renewal, cancellation, and termination must be defined in the final program agreement. Maintenance covers routine upkeep, not restoration.
Website Use And Intellectual Property
Website text, branding, logos, graphics, and original media belong to Auto Dude or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, or submit unlawful or harmful content.
Liability And Governing Law
Final limitations of liability, warranty disclaimers, dispute terms, governing law, venue, and any arbitration provisions must be drafted or approved by qualified Texas counsel. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be waived.
