Auto Dude Mobile Detailing is committed to delivering top-tier mobile auto detailing and ceramic coating services. We appreciate your trust in our team and encourage you to review our terms and conditions, which help ensure a smooth and professional experience for everyone.

By scheduling any service with Auto Dude, you agree to the following terms and policies:

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit will be applied toward your total service and can be transferred to a new appointment if rescheduled in advance.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled service and have not already paid the deposit, the $25 will be charged at the time of cancellation.

Vehicle Terms

Please remove all personal items and valuables before service. We do not handle personal belongings for safety and liability reasons. Excessive trash may result in a $50 Trash Removal Fee. We do not uninstall or reinstall child seats. If left in place, we will clean around them as best we can. Additional charges may apply for pet hair, stains, odor, mold, or hazardous materials. Some stains, odors, or embedded contaminants cannot be fully removed, despite best efforts. We cannot guarantee full removal of brake dust, bug splatter, bird droppings, or sap that has chemically bonded to surfaces. Headliners, upholstery, and trim may be delicate; we clean with care but cannot guarantee total stain removal or long-term adhesion. Prices may vary based on vehicle condition and required time. All additional fees will be disclosed before service begins.

On-Site Service Terms

Full payment is required on the day of service. We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, health, or equipment issues. Clients must inform us of any hazardous conditions inside the vehicle in advance (e.g., biohazards, mold, strong odors).We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule service if vehicle condition poses health risks or dishonesty is suspected. Please maintain a safe 10-15 ft distance from our work area while services are being performed.

Photo & Video Rights

By booking with Auto Dude, you authorize us to capture before-and-after photos/videos of your vehicle for marketing or training purposes. We will not include names, license plates, or addresses without your permission. If you prefer to opt out, please notify us before your appointment.

Service Guarantee

If we miss part of your service or deliver substandard results, we will redo or refund that portion, provided it's reported within 24 hours

of service completion.

We do not guarantee satisfaction for unauthorized repairs or third-party cleaning performed after our service. Redo requests refused by the client limit refunds to 20% of the original service fee.

Payment Terms

Payment is due immediately following service. Clients who fail to pay are not eligible for service guarantees or redo options. Disputes must be submitted within 3 days of service, along with photos.

General Liability & Legal

Auto Dude is not responsible for damage to vehicles from pre-existing issues, client-provided products, or vehicle neglect. We are not liable for lost or stolen items, or for damages outside of our control. Unpaid invoices may incur collection costs, legal fees, and 18% interest per annum.

Estimates & Inspection

All estimates are based on vehicle condition and may change upon inspection. A pre- and post-inspection will be performed with the client. Failure to participate may void refund eligibility.

Corrections & Updates

We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing, service descriptions, or availability at any time without notice. By booking with Auto Dude Mobile Detailing, you acknowledge and accept all terms stated above.
