Book OnlinePayments. All purchases from Auto Dude Mobile Detailing, whether made online or in person, are final. Because every service involves custom labor, materials, travel time, and reserved appointment time, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for cancellations, rescheduling, or dissatisfaction with results, except where otherwise required by law.
Warranty. Our services carry a limited workmanship warranty covering service or installation defects only. Coverage does not apply to damage caused by neglect, improper maintenance, weather, environmental exposure, accidents, misuse, or work performed by another company. Ceramic coating and window tint services may have separate warranty terms based on the selected package.
Vehicle Condition. Results vary based on the condition, age, and history of each vehicle. Auto Dude Mobile Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, previous repairs, stains, scratches, paint defects, or other conditions that were present before service. We cannot guarantee that every defect, stain, scratch, or imperfection can be fully corrected.
Agreement. By booking, approving, or paying for a service, you agree to these terms. These terms apply to every customer whether or not they were reviewed before the appointment.
